Pramit Nadpara, Ph.D., is a professor at the Department of Pharmacotherapy & Outcomes Science.

Congratulations on your university-wide Outstanding Faculty award.

This award is a great honor. It wouldn't have been possible without the help and support of my colleagues here at the school.

This award is based partly on teaching. How would you describe your style?

My teaching style involves engaging students in the learning process and helping them develop critical thinking skills. More specifically, I see my role as a facilitator in enhancing student learning.

This award is for early career faculty. Describe your experience thus far.

My first three years at VCU School of Pharmacy have been very rewarding. I am so thankful for the open and collaborative environment the school and the university provide. More specifically, I can't thank enough my fellow faculty and staff members for their collegiality and their support over the three years.
