Excused Travel and Meeting Attendance Time
2024-25
Students must be achieving satisfactory progress to be considered for an excused absence to attend a national meeting. Consideration to attend any other professional meeting or extended absence (e.g., to represent VCU in pre-meeting competition) will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Students will need to submit their absence requests for professional meetings to the Office of Admissions and Student Success through the EARS or Absence Form.
