A grant for the project, "Solubilization of transmembrane proteins while maintaining their native lipid environment," led by Youzhong Guo, Ph.D., an associate professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and faculty member in the VCU Center for Drug Discovery, has been renewed by Bayer Research and Development Services.
