Bharath Villuri, Ph.D. a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, and is working on synthesis of sulfated GAG mimetics. He earned his Ph.D. from the National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2018, following which he worked on the synthesis of keratan sulfate oligosaccharides and synthesis of remdesivir at the Genomics Research Center, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan, for three years. His expertise is in the area of organic synthesis, especially drug-like molecules.
