Kenneth Kolb, Pharm.D., has had a diverse career spanning business analytics, clinical practice, academia, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and the management of clinical and informatics services. He takes a strategic, pragmatic approach to building out projects while maintaining the highest scientific, regulatory, and ethical standards and meeting corporate objectives.

His achievements include:

  • Building and managing new departments with both centralized and remote employees in fast-paced organizations;
  • Developing and managing rapid turnaround ad hoc reports necessary for client response; sales opportunities and organizational needs while cross-functioning with teams across an organization; 
  • Designed and programmed numerous Excel applications utilizing Visual Basic (VBA). Proficient in MS Office.
  • Supervising Ph.D.-level health economists and using statistical methods such as provider control groups to assess and communicate intervention outcomes;
  • Designing, conducting, and publishing clinical research involving human study subjects; evaluating research proposals with attention to detail. 

Kolb's volunteer experiences has been in a variety of positions with the Medical College of Virginia Alumni Association (MCVAA), serving as President from 2013-2016, and as a member of the VCU Alumni Board of Governors and Treasurer of the VCU Riding Rams. He served as President of the Richmond Area Bicycling Association during the height of the COVID crisis where he was awarded the Harvey-Vye Award in recognition for extended and outstanding service to the club.
