Maggie Brocklebank
Maggie Brocklebank is the senior academic advisor for the undergraduate B.S. in pharmaceutical sciences program at the VCU School of Pharmacy. She joined the School of Pharmacy in May 2025 after serving as the academic advisor for the B.S. in interdisciplinary science and the health science undergraduate post-baccalaureate programs on VCU’s Monroe Park campus.
Before rejoining VCU, Brocklebank worked as a student success advisor at Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and transitioned into the registrar specialist position at Bon Secours Southside College of Health Sciences. During her time with Records and Registration she helped to support admission efforts but ultimately found her passion in student-facing work, prompting her return to academic advising.
Brocklebank earned her bachelor’s degree in history from Kean University, where she was also a member of the women’s lacrosse team. She went on to earn her M.Ed. in sport leadership from VCU while serving as a graduate assistant in Student-Athlete Support Services (SASS). Following graduation, she transitioned into a full-time role within SASS as an academic coach and coordinator, further solidifying her commitment to student development and success.
